Reset password

If you wish to have your password reset and your account has a validated email address then the process is quite straightforward - just contact us and a moderator will email you a new random password.

If you didn't enter an email address, then you should contact us with the answers to the two security questions that you selected when you setup the account.

If you can't remember the questions and/or answers to the security questions, then contact us with as much information that you remember about your account and we will see what we can do to help.
